STORE POLICY

This Store Policy governs all purchases made through the Central Memorial Missionary Baptist Church online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Central Memorial Missionary Baptist Church does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on its servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with industry security standards.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.


2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Central Memorial partners with trusted third-party print-on-demand vendors, including Printful and Printify, for the production and shipping of merchandise.

All products are custom-made at the time of order and are not stored or shipped from church facilities.

Because items are produced on demand, production begins after payment confirmation and typically requires 3 to 7 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons, production timelines may be extended.


3. Shipping Policy

Once production is complete, items are shipped directly from the fulfillment vendor using third-party carriers.

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Central Memorial is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Central Memorial is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the fulfillment vendor to determine resolution based on vendor policies.

Slight variations in color, placement, or texture may occur due to the print-on-demand process. These variations are not considered defects.


4. Refund and Return Policy

Physical Products

Because all merchandise is made to order, returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection may not be eligible for refund unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for review:

• The item must be unused
• Photos of the issue may be required
• Proof of purchase is required

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, downloads, event registrations, or online resources are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


5. Donations vs. Store Purchases

Items purchased through the store are retail transactions and are not charitable donations unless explicitly stated.

Donations made separately through the church giving portal are voluntary contributions governed by our Donation Policy and Privacy Policy.


6. Gift Card Policy

Central Memorial may offer digital or physical gift cards for store purchases.

Gift cards:

• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law
• Must be used toward eligible store merchandise
• Are not replaceable if lost or stolen unless proof of purchase is provided

Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.

If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

If a purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use.


7. Privacy and Data Handling

When you make a purchase through our store, we collect personal information necessary to process your order, including:
